The 2024 self-titled release from multi-platinum indie pop artist Dayglow is a vibrant reintroduction to the creative force behind the name—Sloan Struble. Written, performed, recorded, produced, and mixed entirely by Struble in his Malibu home studio, Dayglow is a fully realized expression of the bright, infectious indie-pop sound he’s cultivated since his breakout debut.
Struble describes the album as a return to the playful, guitar-driven roots that defined his early work:
“When I was 18 years old, I made Fuzzybrain just for fun, with no expectations. It was a reflection of who I was at that time—pure, naive, and full of joy. With this self-titled project, I wanted to capture that same spirit but from where I stand now.”
Influenced by 2010s indie staples like MGMT, Phoenix, and Passion Pit, Dayglow blends thoughtful songwriting with an unmistakable sense of fun and color.
